01

Policy scope and contact

This policy applies to paid Scholar Bank memberships purchased for the service at https://mul.tjren.site/.

Cancellation or refund questions can be sent to Austinliu234@gmail.com. This is version v1, approved by the Scholar Bank operator and owner on 23 July 2026.

02

Cancelling a membership

A customer may cancel future renewal through the available account billing controls. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

After cancellation, membership access continues until the end of the current period unless access is ended earlier for a legally permitted reason. No further monthly renewal charge should be made after the effective cancellation date.

03

Requesting a refund

To request a refund, the customer must submit a reason through the available support or refund-request channel, or email Austinliu234@gmail.com from the account email where possible.

The request should identify the membership or relevant charge, explain the reason and provide information reasonably needed to review it. Customers should not send full payment-card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.

04

Review and approval

Scholar Bank reviews each refund request based on the reason, account and transaction records, service use, duplicate or incorrect charges, technical issues, suspected misuse, the timing of the request and applicable consumer rights.

After review, Scholar Bank may approve a full or partial refund, request further information, offer another appropriate remedy or decline a discretionary refund. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

A discretionary refund decision does not limit any separate right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

05

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

If the service has a major failure or does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, the customer may be entitled to a refund, replacement, re-supply or another remedy depending on the circumstances.

06

Change of mind and unused time

A change of mind, forgetting to cancel or not using all available features does not automatically qualify for a refund. Scholar Bank may still approve a discretionary refund after considering the reason and circumstances.

Cancelling during a billing period normally leaves access active until that period ends rather than creating a pro-rata refund, unless Scholar Bank approves one or applicable law requires another remedy.

07

Refund processing

An approved refund is normally returned through the original payment method. Stripe and the customer's financial institution control final processing time after Scholar Bank submits the refund.

Scholar Bank will record the decision and communicate the outcome through an appropriate account or contact channel. If more information is needed, the review period may depend on when the customer supplies it.
