01

Seller, service and approval

Scholar Bank is the seller and operator of the service available at https://mul.tjren.site/. Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to Austinliu234@gmail.com.

This is version v1 of the Terms of Service. It was approved by the Scholar Bank operator and owner on 23 July 2026.

02

Service scope

Scholar Bank provides original educational practice questions, explanations, study tools and progress features for students preparing for scholarship-style reasoning and learning tasks.

Scholar Bank is an independent preparation service. It is not an official examination provider, school, scholarship decision-maker or representative of another question bank. Use of the service does not guarantee admission, a scholarship, a particular score or any other outcome.

03

Accounts and learner access

An account holder must provide accurate information, keep sign-in credentials secure and promptly notify Scholar Bank of suspected unauthorised access.

A parent, guardian or other authorised adult who creates or pays for access for a learner confirms that they have authority to do so. The adult is responsible for choosing suitable access and supervising the learner's use where appropriate.

Users must not impersonate another person, falsely claim authority over a learner or attempt to access another family's records.

04

Membership, prices and payment

Paid memberships are billed monthly in Australian dollars. The currently available Scholar question-bank membership costs AUD 24 per month. Prices are exclusive of applicable GST. Where GST is payable, it will be added to the amount charged and shown before payment.

Scholar Plus, full-length mock exams and parent progress summaries are coming-soon concepts and are not currently available for purchase or included in Scholar.

The checkout page identifies the selected plan, current price, billing interval and applicable tax before the customer confirms payment. Payment processing is provided by Stripe and is also subject to Stripe's applicable terms and privacy practices.

A paid membership starts when payment is successfully confirmed. Access features depend on the selected plan and the current product description shown before purchase.

05

Renewal and cancellation

A paid membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. The customer authorises the recurring monthly charge shown at checkout.

A customer may cancel renewal through the available account billing controls. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until that time unless the service is ended earlier for a legally permitted reason.

Cancelling stops future renewal charges but does not itself create an automatic refund for the current period. Refund requests are handled under the published Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

06

Acceptable use

Users may use the service for personal and family educational practice. Users must not scrape or bulk-copy the question bank, resell access, share an account outside their household, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code or use the service unlawfully.

Users must not submit harmful, abusive, discriminatory or privacy-invasive material through support or other interactive features.

07

Content and intellectual property

Scholar Bank and its licensors retain their rights in the service, question content, explanations, design, software and branding. A membership grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the available service during the applicable access period.

Feedback may be used to improve the service, but Scholar Bank does not claim ownership of a user's pre-existing intellectual property merely because it is included in feedback or a support request.

08

Availability and changes

Scholar Bank may maintain, improve, correct, replace or withdraw questions and features. Reasonable steps will be taken to avoid materially reducing a paid service during a current billing period without a valid operational, safety, legal or security reason.

Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, incidents or events outside reasonable control. Scholar Bank does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

09

Australian consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

If the service fails to meet a non-excludable consumer guarantee, the customer may have rights to a remedy in addition to the platform's discretionary refund process.

10

Suspension and ending access

Scholar Bank may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, non-payment, account compromise, harmful conduct, material breach, legal requirements or threats to users or the service.

Where practical and lawful, Scholar Bank will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Ending access does not remove rights or obligations that accrued before access ended.

11

Responsibility and liability

Users remain responsible for their study choices, device and internet access, account security and compliance with school or assessment rules.

To the extent permitted by law, Scholar Bank is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the customer agreed to these terms. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

12

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Victoria may hear disputes, without limiting any right a consumer has to bring a claim elsewhere under applicable law.

Customers should first contact Austinliu234@gmail.com so Scholar Bank can review and attempt to resolve a concern.
